We disclose how AI assisted each article and distinguish automated processing from verified human review.
How We Use AI
AI may assist with Chinese-to-English translation, identifying related reports, organizing source material, summarizing long documents and preparing an initial draft. Paid AI processing and automated publishing are disabled by default.
Human Review Requirement
Human review is recorded only after an authenticated editor completes the required editorial check. Automated processing is never labeled as human review; where no verified review record exists, the article disclosure says so explicitly.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not create fictional reporters, experts, quotations, sources or credentials.
- We do not treat an automated workflow action as evidence of human review.
- We do not claim human editorial oversight when no verified review record exists.
- We do not use AI to fabricate or exaggerate claims.
Disclosure
When AI materially assists in producing an article, the article includes a short disclosure describing that role. This disclosure appears in the “How This Brief Was Produced” section of each published piece.
